Prepayment conditions
After confirming the reservation, the hotel administration will contact you directly to agree on a prepayment in the amount of the cost of one nights stay.
Prepayment must be made within 1–3 days after booking.
In case of failure to make a prepayment within the established period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

The Zaporizhzhia Sich Hotel accepts dogs weighing up to 5 kg by prior arrangement.
Terms of accommodation with pets:
• 600 UAH — one-time payment for cleaning service
• 2,000 UAH — deposit in case of possible damage to property
In the absence of damage, the deposit is returned after departure.
In case of damage to property, the guest undertakes to compensate for the losses in accordance with the hotels internal rules.
